Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and energetic program facilitators to assist in facilitating large and small group ground initiatives, leadership teambuilding retreats, and challenge ropes course activities with corporate and youth clients.  This is an on-call, per diem, independent contractor position which reports directly to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct service experiential programs and trainings for corporate and youth clients

• Facilitate ground initiatives, team challenge course elements, and high ropes activities 

• Lead problem solving initiatives and reflection sessions with clients to capture learning and solidify the transformative experience

• Train and implement Fulcrum direct service programs to children in after school programs

• Represent and embody the professional standards and values of the organization

• Enhance the mental, physical and social development of youth by being positive role models, a creative & energetic team player, and an excited leader

• Assist with the set up and break down of field course elements as directed 

• Complete all paperwork required in a timely manner

• Work to insure course and client safety through quality service delivery

• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen knowledge and skills of program delivery and safety procedures

• Attend regularly scheduled meetings as directed

• Assume responsibility for special projects as they arise

• Other duties as assigned
Professional Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years experience working with outdoor experiential programs and/or populations served

• Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate sensitivity to others

• Creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for hard work in a team atmosphere • Administrative experience
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license

• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Current First Aid/CPR safety response certification
